Scott has been coaching since before Empow3r existed — and the way he coaches is a big part of why members stay. He builds programming with intention, corrects your form before bad habits set in, and pushes you in the way that's right for you specifically. He knows the difference between what you're capable of and what you're comfortable with, and he'll meet you where you are while making sure you don't stay there.
Every coach at Empow3r is hired and trained with the same standard: know your members, coach the movement, build the person.
