Empow3r Fitness offers strength-focused group fitness classes and mindful yoga classes in Littleton and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Our schedule includes early morning, midday, evening, and weekend options designed for beginners, experienced members, and everyone in between.

Group Fitness Class Schedule

Class Descriptions:

  • Strong & Lean – Full: Full-body strength training focused on building muscle and long-term strength.
  • Strong & Lean – Upper: Upper body strength training for back, chest, shoulders, and arms.
  • Strong & Lean – Lower: Lower body strength training focused on legs, glutes, and stability.
  • Trainer’s Choice: A varied strength and conditioning class that changes regularly.
  • Row & Grow: A low-impact mix of rowing, cardio, and strength training.
  • Strength in Motion: Strength training combined with dynamic movement and conditioning.
  • Balance & Build: Core, balance, mobility, and strength-focused training.
  • Hyrox Performance: A Hyrox-inspired strength and conditioning workout for all levels.

Yoga class descriptions:

  • Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic yoga class linking breath and movement to build strength, mobility, and balance.
  • Slow Flow: A slower-paced flow focused on mindful movement, mobility, and breathwork.
  • Mobility Flow: A movement-focused class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and joint function.
  • Gentle Yoga: A supportive, slower-paced class focused on easeful movement, stretching, and relaxation.
  • Restorative Yoga: A calming practice using longer-held poses to encourage deep relaxation and recovery.
  • Yin Yoga: A slow, grounding practice with longer-held stretches focused on flexibility and release.
