Hi, I’m Scott!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years and I’m passionate about helping people discover what they’re truly capable of.
I’m certified in personal training, kettlebells, maces & clubs, MMA conditioning, rowing, and nutrition coaching, and I love using a mix of functional movement and unconventional training tools to keep workouts creative and challenging.
Before opening Empow3r, I earned a master’s degree in computer science, worked in tech, served in the military, and climbed all 58 Colorado 14ers. I’m also the 2025 Cyclocross State Champion, and I bring that same grit and curiosity into my coaching.
I think outside the box, love creating new movements, and always aim to offer something fresh—you never fully know what to expect when you train with me, and that’s part of the fun. My goal is simple: help you train with purpose, confidence, and a whole lot of empowerment.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me running in the sunshine, tending my veggie garden, relaxing in the sauna, or enjoying dark chocolate with raspberries. I’m right there with my clients on my own journey of growth, balance, and brain-health living.
