  • Strong & Lean – Lower - Lower body strength training focused on legs and glutes.


  • Strength in Motion - Strength training combined with dynamic movement and conditioning.


  • Row & Grow - Low-impact cardio and strength using rowing and resistance training.

  • Hyrox: Performance - A strength and conditioning workout inspired by hybrid race training.


  • Hyrox: Mini - A shorter version of a Hyrox-style workout at half the distance.
