With only 9–10 people per group, you’ll get the coaching you need while training alongside an encouraging, like-minded community.

Our signature classes that form the foundation of the Empow3r experience. These tried-and-true favorites are on the schedule every week and are member go-to's for strength, conditioning, balance, and community.

These classes are offered weekly, monthly, or seasonally to add variety and keep your training fresh. They bring new challenges, unique equipment, and exciting formats you won’t find anywhere else.

Build muscle with focused resistance training using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines and more. Structured sets and reps promote hypertrophy, strength, and sculpted results.
Develop upper-body strength and definition with targeted chest, back, shoulder, and arm exercises. Controlled sets and varied equipment maximize muscle growth.
