At Empow3r Fitness, our group fitness classes are designed to push you, support you, and help you grow.


Each session is led by a certified coach who keeps the workouts challenging, personalized, and safe.  


With only 9–10 people per group, you’ll get the coaching you need while training alongside an encouraging, like-minded community.


You’ll feel right at home in our welcoming space—lifting, sweating, laughing, and leveling up together.
