Our signature classes that form the foundation of the Empow3r experience. These tried-and-true favorites are on the schedule every week and are member go-to's for strength, conditioning, balance, and community.
Build muscle with focused resistance training using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines and more. Structured sets and reps promote hypertrophy, strength, and sculpted results.
Develop upper-body strength and definition with targeted chest, back, shoulder, and arm exercises. Controlled sets and varied equipment maximize muscle growth.
Strengthen legs and glutes with squats, lunges, hip hinges, and kettlebell or barbell work. Focused training builds lower-body power, stability, and tone.
Combine functional strength patterns with dynamic movement, cardio bursts, and plyometrics to build power, agility, endurance, and total-body athleticism.
Boost endurance and build muscle with low-impact rowing intervals paired with resistance exercises. Focused movement promotes total-body strength and stamina.

Offered once a month on Fridays, and once a month on Saturdays, this surprise workout with Susan is the perfect way to wrap up your week and start your weekend strong! Expect sweat, fun, and a fresh challenge every time.
A fusion of strength training and yoga. Start in the gym lifting to build strength, then move to the yoga studio to flow, stretch, and restore. In 75 minutes, you’ll leave both stronger and more grounded.
