Frequently Asked Questions

We officially opened our doors for business on September 16.  Because we are just launching/opening, our first few weeks of classes is a modified schedule.  We will be adding more class times with each passing week.  Our permanent schedule will include  lunch hour classes, morning classes (between 6 - 9) and afternoon/early evening classes (between 4 - 7).  As a small, independent business, with no corporate backing, we are more limited as we open our doors, but have every intention of providing a more ample schedule with 4 - 6 weeks of opening.  

We are not affiliated with Crossfit, as such our classes do not mirror the structure you would typically find in a Crossfit class: mobility, strength, wod.  With that said, uur 'Amped Up' class provides a HIIT workout, and is most similar to a Crossfit style workout.  

Our founder's rates discounts will be available the entirety of the month of September.  October 1 will be the start of our standard rates.  

At this time, we are honoring the larger of the two discounts.  Currently, the Founder's Rates discount gives you 25% off auto-renew memberships, and 15% off one-time purchase packages (excluding Personal Training); whereas our military/first responder/teacher/senior discounts provide a 10% discount.   

Yes.  This may not be the policy always, but as we determine the popular times for open gym, it is helpful for us to monitor the flow of gym traffic.

No.  When you sign up for Open Gym, it is not necessary for you to arrive at that exact time.  Instead, you have a 1 hour window of entry, giving you some flexibility, but still allowing us to be aware of the comings and goings of our members.  

There is no limit on the amount of time spent in Open Gym.  If you want a 30 min express workout... wonderful!  If you prefer a 2 hour gym session, knock yourself out.  The choice is yours once you're here.
