What Is Empow3r Foundations?

Empow3r Foundations isn’t a trial — it’s an onboarding experience.

It’s how we help new members learn our training approach, move safely, and build habits that last beyond the first few weeks.

Empow3r Foundations is offered at our Littleton studio and serves members from Highlands Ranch and surrounding communities.

Empow3r Foundations is designed for people who want to start training with clarity and support — whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or simply looking for a more intentional way to begin. If you’ve ever felt unsure where to start, this is built for you.

Foundations: Personal Training (PT Kickstart)

One-on-one coaching & guided support


Who this is for

  • New to strength training or personal training
  • Those who want individualized guidance from the start
  • Anyone navigating injuries, limitations, or uncertainty
  • People looking for accountability and a clear plan


What’s included

  • 3 one-on-one personal training sessions
  • Completed over 2 weeks
  • Personalized coaching based on your goals and experience
  • Focus on movement quality, strength, and confidence


Investment: $219


What happens after

After completing PT Kickstart, most members continue into ongoing personal training packages to maintain momentum, accountability, and structured progression.


Members who continue into a personal training package within 3 days of completing Empow3r Foundations receive a $25 credit towards their PT purchase.

  • Coaching support and guidance throughout

What happens after:

After completing your Studio Starter Pass, most continue with one of our Class Memberships, designed to support consistency and long-term progress.


Members who continue into a class membership within 3 days of completing Empow3r Foundations receive a $25 credit toward their first month.

  • 3 Yoga classes to use over 2 weeks
  • Access to our signature yoga offerings
  • Guidance from experienced instructors
  • Space to explore pace, style, and fit—without commitment

What happens after:

After completing Yoga Intro, most students continue with one of our Yoga Memberships, designed to support consistency, progress, and long-term well-being.


Members who join a yoga membership within 3 days of completing Yoga Intro receive a $25 credit toward their first month.

No. Empow3r Foundations is a structured onboarding program designed to help you start training with clarity and support. It’s a complete experience, not a sample.


Yes. Foundations: Studio Starter Pass sessions can be used across yoga, group fitness, and open gym during the 3-week period.  Foundations: Yoga Intro are meant specifically for yoga classes. 


If you want flexibility and variety, Studio Starter Pass is a great fit.
If you want individualized attention, accountability, or have specific needs, Foundations: Personal Training (PT Kickstart) is often the better choice.


You’ll transition into either a class membership or a personal training package — with a clear understanding of what best supports your goals.


Yes. Some members choose to start with both options to experience classes while also receiving one-on-one coaching support. If you’re unsure whether combining both is the right fit for your goals, our team is happy to help guide you.


Yes. Many of our members travel from Highlands Ranch and nearby areas to train at our Littleton location.
