Sign-Up

Signups for group fitness and/or yoga classes close 1 hour prior to start time.
If a class is not full, but signups are closed, contact Empow3r at 303 - 353- 8375 to inquire whether you may be added to the class. There is no guarantee.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of a group fitness and/or yoga class booking is required a minimum of 2 hours prior to the class start time.
Late cancellation fee = $10.
This fee may be waived due to individual circumstances.

No Show

No-show fee = $10
Punch Card member no show - deduction of session
This fee may be waived due to individual circumstances.

Open Gym

Cancellation and No Show policies & fees apply to Open Gym, too.
We staff open gym based off of our sign-up schedules, as a result, a no show or late cancellation impacts our staffing schedules.

Expiration Dates

Punch Cards = 180 days after purchase
Personal Training Packages of 8 = 180 days after purchase
Personal Training Package of 12 = 180 days after purchase
Personal Training Package of 24 = 365 days after purchase
Personal Training Package of 36 = 365 days after purchase
