Hi there! I’m Amy Bellamy, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.


The evolution of my purpose as a fitness professional stems from my own “pain to purpose” journey. My lifelong battles with depression, anxiety, and binge eating have shown me how critical consistency and intentionality around exercise and nutrition are to overall well-being. This realization has fueled my calling to help others implement the lifestyle habits necessary to rise above their own challenges, whether they’re dealing with mental health issues or seeking to improve their physical health.


I believe that fitness is about so much more than just weight loss or muscle gain. Yes, I can help you achieve those goals, but my mission goes beyond that. I aim to empower you to reverse or prevent health issues like cardiovascular disease and type II diabetes, tackle low energy, improve sleep, and clear away the brain fog that can hold you back from living your best life.


I started this journey to help people love the way their bodies look, but I’ve evolved into helping individuals love the way they feel in their bodies. Together, we’ll create personalized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you not only reach your goals but also develop a positive relationship with food and exercise.


Outside of coaching, I’m focused on mastering a brain health lifestyle, integrating strength training, cardio, and optimal nutrition to combat my own mental health challenges. Alongside my fitness goals, I’m also working to lose “the last 15 pounds”, demonstrating my commitment to personal growth alongside my clients.

In my limited free time (when I’m not being called "Mom"), you can find me chasing the release of “happy hormones”: Soaking up the sun on a run, tending to my veggie garden, enjoying some sauna time, or savoring some dark chocolate and raspberries. soon!

I have been a certified personal trainer (National Strength and Conditioning Association) for 9 years and have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University. I am passionate about helping people gain the strength and fitness they need to do the things they want in their life. My training philosophy is rooted in science-based principles while meeting the client where they are and developing sustainable habits that will last a lifetime.


Outside of the gym, I like going to concerts, exploring new places, trying new foods, thrifting, and enjoying the outdoors.

Over time, strength training became my focus, and I love teaching my clients new exercises and techniques that empower them to achieve their personal goals. For me, working out is about more than just physical transformation—it’s a powerful tool for boosting mental clarity and confidence.


My mission is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin, build both physical and mental strength, and, ultimately, empower you to be the best version of yourself.

I grew up playing sports and became interested in health and fitness in college for my own personal life. While I landed in education right out of college, I still had a deep interest in fitness, and it became an important part of my life. In 2017 I received my Health Coach Certification through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and

I grew up playing sports and became interested in health and fitness in college for my own personal life. While I landed in education right out of college, I still had a deep interest in fitness, and it became an important part of my life. In 2017 I received my Health Coach Certification through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started working with a few clients. A couple years later I started in kids fitness and ultimately decided to get my Certified Personal Training Certification through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have coached and trained in multiple settings with a wide range of clients/ members and absolutely love meeting new people, making connections, and helping them safely push themselves to see great results! I believe in and take a full body approach to fitness. It is important to work on our minds, in many ways, just as much as we need/want to work on our bodies. We must work on our current selves, to better our future selves! I love learning and I am always nerding out on all things health and wellness related.


I am a Colorado native and can’t imagine living anywhere else! I went to The University of Wyoming for college, Go Pokes! It was amazing, but I knew Colorado would always be my home. I love hiking/getting up to the mountains when I can, golfing, concerts, working out, binge watching trashy reality TV, spending time with my very active nephew, as well as time with my friends and family, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants!

Hello, my name is Paige! 

I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of New England in Maine and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am born and raised in CT and moved to CO in October of 2023. In my free time I love being outside: hiking, going to lakes, concerts at Red Rocks or Fiddler’s Green and exploring new areas. I have a Border Collie named Archer who is my best friend and could be a pro frisbee athlete. I deeply value helping people reach their goals and educating them on what is needed to get there! Everyone deserves to be happy, confident and healthy with themselves inside and out. I want to be with you every step of your journey, as each one of you is different and unique!
