Hi, I’m Amy Bellamy—a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My purpose as a fitness professional comes from my own “pain to purpose” journey. Lifelong battles with depression, anxiety, and binge eating taught me how powerful consistency and intentionality with exercise and nutrition can be for overall well-being. That experience fuels my passion to help others rise above their own challenges—whether overcoming mental health struggles or improving physical health.
For me, fitness is about so much more than weight loss or muscle gain. While I can absolutely help with those goals, my mission goes deeper: to empower you to prevent or reverse health issues, boost energy, improve sleep, clear brain fog, and—most importantly—love how you feel in your body.
Outside of coaching, I’m working on my own brain-health lifestyle, weaving together strength training, cardio, and nutrition to support mental wellness. I’m also right there with my clients in pursuing personal growth—like shedding “the last 15 pounds” and maintaining balance as a busy mom. When I do carve out free time, you’ll find me soaking up sunshine on a run, tending to my veggie garden, relaxing in the sauna, or enjoying dark chocolate with raspberries.

I have been a certified personal trainer (National Strength and Conditioning Association) for 9 years and have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University. I have been a certified personal trainer (National Strength and Conditioning Association) for 9 years and have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University. I am passionate about helping people gain the strength and fitness they need to do the things they want in their life. My training philosophy is rooted in science-based principles while meeting the client where they are and developing sustainable habits that will last a lifetime.
Outside of the gym, I like going to concerts, exploring new places, trying new foods, thrifting, and enjoying the outdoors.

I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and mental resilience. My fitness journey began 10 years ago, and what started as a personal interest quickly turned into a deep passion for learning and sharing what I’ve discovered along the way.
Over time, strength training became my focus, and I love teaching my clients new exercises and techniques that empower them to achieve their personal goals. For me, working out is about more than just physical transformation—it’s a powerful tool for boosting mental clarity and confidence.
My mission is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin, build both physical and mental strength, and, ultimately, empower you to be the best version of yourself.

I grew up playing sports and discovered my passion for health and fitness in college. While I began my career in education, fitness remained a core part of my life. In 2017, I earned my Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started working with clients. A few years later, I transitioned into kids’ fitness and ultimately pursued my Certified Personal Trainer credential through NASM. Since then, I’ve coached in a variety of settings with a wide range of clients, and I absolutely love connecting with people, helping them safely push their limits, and seeing them achieve great results.
My philosophy takes a whole-body approach to fitness—believing it’s just as important to strengthen the mind as it is to strengthen the body. I’m passionate about continuous learning and am always diving deeper into health and wellness.
I’m a proud Colorado native (with a short but fun detour at the University of Wyoming—Go Pokes!). Outside the gym, you’ll find me hiking in the mountains, golfing, catching concerts, working out, binge-watching reality TV, chasing my energetic nephew, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants with friends and family.

With certifications in ergonomic assessment, holistic health coaching, mindfulness, reiki, and yoga, I take a whole-body approach to fitness and wellness.
I hold a B.S. in Athletic Training from Springfield College and a NASM Personal Training certification. My background includes working with Fortune 500 companies to reduce injury rates and implement ergonomic programs. At Empow3r, I emphasize strength, stability, and joint health—supporting sustainable, pain-free movement for daily life, hobbies, and long-term goals.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking with my husband and our border collie, training for trail half marathons, reading by the fire, or hunting down the best chai lattes in Colorado.

Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Colorado in October 2023. My Border Collie, Archer, is my adventure buddy (and could easily compete as a pro frisbee athlete!).
I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals and educating them on what it takes to get there. I believe everyone deserves to feel happy, confident, and healthy—inside and out—and I’m committed to walking beside you on your unique fitness journey.

Hi, I’m Susan Veihman.
After more than a decade managing two law firms while raising my family, I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness. In 2018, I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), building on my background as a Group Fitness Instructor.
As a trainer, I focus on helping clients build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that fit their lifestyle. I believe consistency and discipline are the keys to lasting results, and I love creating programs that empower people to feel their best inside and outside the gym.
Now that my two boys are grown, I’ve found my “dream retirement job” in personal training. When I’m not working with clients, I’m probably traveling with my husband of 30+ years, Todd, sneaking in my own 4 a.m. workouts (Back Day is my favorite!), or outside with our dog, Sherlock. I also love live music and checking out new local restaurants.
