Hi there! I’m Amy Bellamy, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
The evolution of my purpose as a fitness professional stems from my own “pain to purpose” journey. My lifelong battles with depression, anxiety, and binge eating have shown me how critical consistency and intentionality around exercise and nutrition are to overall well-being. This realization has fueled my calling to help others implement the lifestyle habits necessary to rise above their own challenges, whether they’re dealing with mental health issues or seeking to improve their physical health.
I believe that fitness is about so much more than just weight loss or muscle gain. Yes, I can help you achieve those goals, but my mission goes beyond that. I aim to empower you to reverse or prevent health issues like cardiovascular disease and type II diabetes, tackle low energy, improve sleep, and clear away the brain fog that can hold you back from living your best life.
I started this journey to help people love the way their bodies look, but I’ve evolved into helping individuals love the way they feel in their bodies. Together, we’ll create personalized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you not only reach your goals but also develop a positive relationship with food and exercise.
Outside of coaching, I’m focused on mastering a brain health lifestyle, integrating strength training, cardio, and optimal nutrition to combat my own mental health challenges. Alongside my fitness goals, I’m also working to lose “the last 15 pounds”, demonstrating my commitment to personal growth alongside my clients.
In my limited free time (when I’m not being called "Mom"), you can find me chasing the release of “happy hormones”: Soaking up the sun on a run, tending to my veggie garden, enjoying some sauna time, or savoring some dark chocolate and raspberries. soon!

Hi, I’m Erin!
I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and mental resilience. My fitness journey began 10 years ago, and what started as a personal interest quickly turned into a deep passion for learning and sharing what I’ve discovered along the way.
Over time, strength training became my focus, and I love teaching my clients new exercises and techniques that empower them to achieve their personal goals. For me, working out is about more than just physical transformation—it’s a powerful tool for boosting mental clarity and confidence.
My mission is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin, build both physical and mental strength, and, ultimately, empower you to be the best version of yourself.

I grew up playing sports and became interested in health and fitness in college for my own personal life. While I landed in education right out of college, I still had a deep interest in fitness, and it became an important part of my life. In 2017 I received my Health Coach Certification through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started working with a few clients. A couple years later I started in kids fitness and ultimately decided to get my Certified Personal Training Certification through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have coached and trained in multiple settings with a wide range of clients/ members and absolutely love meeting new people, making connections, and helping them safely push themselves to see great results! I believe in and take a full body approach to fitness. It is important to work on our minds, in many ways, just as much as we need/want to work on our bodies. We must work on our current selves, to better our future selves! I love learning and I am always nerding out on all things health and wellness related.
I am a Colorado native and can’t imagine living anywhere else! I went to The University of Wyoming for college, Go Pokes! It was amazing, but I knew Colorado would always be my home. I love hiking/getting up to the mountains when I can, golfing, concerts, working out, binge watching trashy reality TV, spending time with my very active nephew, as well as time with my friends and family, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants!

After a long career in healthcare and experiencing my own fitness journey, I became a personal trainer. In my free time, you will likely find me outdoors hiking, snowshoeing, rucking (hiking with a weighted backpack), camping, paddleboarding, and taking long roadtrips. I also just started rockclimbing! The trails and open spaces hold a special place for me. I am also a Peak Steward and trail work volunteer with Colorado Fourteeners Initiative.
I'm recently back in the Denver area after adventuring in the mountains for a couple of years. I have two adult children and one granddaughter in Texas. Ask me about my Moon Chaser skirts.
I strongly believe movement is key to longevity and we must always train for life!

I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am born and raised in CT and moved to CO in October of 2023. "What is my purpose in life?" I asked the void.
"What if I told you that you fulfilled it when

"Or when you paid for that young couple in the restaurant? Or when you saved that dog in traffic? Or when you tied your father's shoes for him?"
"Your problem is that you equate your purpose with goal-based achievement. The Universe isn't interested in your achievements... just your heart. When you choose to act out of kindness, compassion and love, you are already aligned with your true purpose.
No need to look any further!!"

Hi there! I’m Jamie—an RYT 200 yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, and breast cancer survivor who’s always trying to keep up with life’s twists and turns (both on the mat and off). Whether it’s balancing in tree pose or juggling my daughters’ dance and cheer schedules, I’m all about finding strength, grace, and a little humor in the chaos.
My yoga journey began 22 years ago and took on new life after my breast cancer experience, inspiring me to become a certified instructor. With continuous education in Pilates, strength development, HIIT training, cycle, and electro muscle stimulation, I’m deeply passionate about guiding others to discover resilience and joy in their wellness journeys. As a breast cancer survivor navigating osteopenia, I understand that wellness is deeply personal, and thriving looks unique for everyone.
I believe wellness isn’t just about perfect poses or powering through workouts—it’s about connection, balance, and the occasional detour to the cookie jar. Whether through movement, a shared laugh, or simply listening, I’m here to remind you that thriving looks different for everyone, and that’s okay.
Outside of the studio or gym, I’m living life with my wonderful husband and two active daughters, who keep me moving (literally—dance and cheer competitions should count as cardio). Our home is also happily ruled by two golden retrievers who act like giant puppies and a cat who is very aware that she’s the boss.
As a family, we love to travel, explore new adventures, and soak in life’s little joys. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying downward dog for the first time, I’m here to remind you that wellness is for everyone, and progress is progress—no matter how wobbly a tree pose may be.

I am a mother of an amazing son, Mason, who is back at college and two golden doodles, Bentley, 3-1/2 years old and Mercedes, 3 years old. The doodles keep me very busy and luckily I’m able to shut the door for my yoga practice, otherwise I would be practicing doodle yoga—wait, could that be a thing? Maybe that’s something we all could talk about, lol!

My journey with yoga began over 14 years ago when I suffered from chronic neck pain. What started as a method to alleviate discomfort evolved into a transformative practice that reshaped how I feel about myself.
Through yoga, I've found my voice and have developed a more confident personal presence.
In the fall of 2022, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and since then, I've taught over 200 classes and had the privilege of taking two yoga teaching vacations to Mexico (which was great, as I love to travel.)
My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive space where students feel empowered to make choices that honor their bodies while pushing themselves to grow stronger. I believe in the power of yoga to enhance well-being, reduce pain, and improve overall wellness. My goal is to guide students on a path where they feel better both physically and mentally through regular yoga practice.
I'm a board certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, injury prevention specialist, ergonomic assessment specialist, reiki practitioner, IIN holistic health coach, mindfulness educator AND a yoga teacher. I'm a board certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, injury prevention specialist, ergonomic assessment specialist, reiki practitioner, IIN holistic health coach, mindfulness educator AND a yoga teacher. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at and help promote sustainable habit changes, not quick fixes. I love seeing my clients trust their bodies and move confidently throughout their daily lives and hobbies.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College and got my personal training certification through NASM. I've worked as an Injury Prevention Specialist for Fortune 500 companies to assist them in reducing their injury rates and implement site wide injury prevention and ergonomic programs. I emphasize stability, strength and joint health as it's important to support our bodies for sustainable pain free activities.
I've lived in NY, MA, a RV, ID and now CO. When I was 22, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was a major source of inspiration to take my healing into my own hands and live a life that felt more aligned with my body.
In my free time you I'm hiking mountains with my husband and border collie, training for trail half marathons, reading, sitting around a campfire, or looking for the best chai lattes in Colorado.
